I brought my car here after it’s MOT failing on emissions and being told rather unclearly by another garage that it might be a leak in the exhaust pipe and/or back box but that they weren’t really sure. The guys here were really straight forward with me and were clear it wasn’t either my exhaust pipe or back box that had caused the issue and drew me a digram to explain why when I didn’t understand. Their honesty meant I did not waste further money and gave me the courage to raise a complaint with the other garage. Thank you so much for your compassion and honesty.

The team at Cubbington Garage were outstanding, starting immediately as I called in and arranged a full service with very helpful and accommodating staff. After leaving my vehicle in the morning, I was given a couple of updates and options throughout the day so I had the full information to make a decision on the services required for my vehicle. I ended up agreeing to tyre changes and a new battery, which upon leaving later in the day, made huge changes to the quality of driving. They had also cleaned the inside of my car as an added extra and provided a thorough breakdown of every aspect, including walking me through these at the end of their day with their professional and knowledgeable team. While I hope my car will never need to be repaired, if it does, I will be returning immediately to Cubbington Garage and the friendly staff.

Fantastic garage. The work is always excellent, the team are all really friendly and they’re very reasonably priced. From a personal note, they went above and beyond to fit my car in at really short notice, fixed the issue and sent me on my way within 2 hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
