However, I was visiting GT ProDone Ltd within 30 minutes and Tamy and Genadiy assured me they would be able repair the damage. In less than a week they rang to say my car was ready. I can honestly say I could not detect any sign of a repair to the door and the paint matched perfectly (also when comparing with the undamaged offside rear door). I just had my little Ford, but there was a Bentley customer and a Tesla customer also putting their trust with Genadiy and Tamy in the workshop too. Car was serviced without changing things that didn't need replacing and also had a repair done to air vent control to our total satisfaction. He found the problem quickly and replaced the broken pumps, all sorted and working again within an hour. “Mark serviced my boiler today. It was its first service since Mark installed it last year. I know I’m always suspicious when I see 5* rating, but to give less would be to under rate Mark. He is professional, tidy, punctual and very reasonable. He was accommodating fitting around schedule at the hospital which can be difficult at times to find trades people who have the flexibility. I will certainly be booking Mark to service my boiler again next year.”

“Keith was incredibly courteous and got to work immediately to test my TV, quickly identifying the issue as a faulty screen and though he could resolve the problem, it would have been more than the cost of a new purchase. As he stated when I arrived, there was no charge for the estimate or attempt to fix and he offered to dispose of my broken television for free. Very pleased with all his assistance and if I have similar issues in the future I will come again!”

I arrived, they stopped what they were doing, checked the original tyre first to see if they could salvage it, replaced it and had me on my way within 10 minutes. Brilliant chaps and great service.
