   Cannot recommend PETS enough. Had all 4 tyres changed this morning all brand new. Fully fitted and ready to go within 40 mins!! Went out to drive the car later in the day and one of the brand new tyres was completely flat - what are the chances (nail puncture)! Called PETS who told me to bring it in and they will sort it straight away. Turned up half an hour later and they repaired my tyre within 15 mins. (I just want to add I had my 19 month old with me during both visits and they were so amazing at helping me and ensuring it was a quick and smooth service). When going to pay for the repair (£30) the guy told me not to worry as it was completely unlucky after already spending £400 earlier that day. How kind. I will be returning here for future MOTs/services and recommending to family and friends. Thank you so much.

   Took my car in for a service last week. The mechanic called me to say that my rear brake discs were worn to excess and my rear pads were low and did I want them doing while they had it to which I declined. I got someone I know to get some discs and pads and he changed them today and told me that they weren't worn to excess and didn't need doing at the moment. I called and complained to the manager to which he replied it could have been an advisory! I was told basically they needed doing straight away and with a sensor and the service it was going to be £700. I have used these guys for numerous years now but won't use them again.

   Had my clutch done in 2024, recently had issue on my awd selecting gear but main issue being that i found puddle of oil underneath. having looked underneath found 4 bolts of 7 hold my angle box for awd missing having come out, 1 bolt had snapped and sat in gearbox itself and remaining was loose. And the bracket for boost pipe has snapped due to no bolt in. Pissed is an understatement i had my kids in car if it come off the damage my propshaft would of done slapping around let alone if i crashed, not worth thinking. Cant even do up a few simple bolts properly... To you're reply Colin you're clearly not interested in helping . It's clearly happened over time since it was fitted. so wouldnt recommended you for repairs in slightest

   The guys are lovely and very thorough! Called at 8am and they saw me within the hour and found the initial problem. Left and the car wasn’t quite right still so they invited me back and checked it over again. I’ve also had an MOT in the past done by them and again, very approachable, understanding and fair! Would highly recommend.

   Absolutely brilliant service from Lewis today. I called as my jet washers weren’t working, they said I could pop in, I arrived 2 mins later, was instantly dealt with and drove away with working jet washers 30 seconds later after they did their magic. We use these guys for everything, nothing is too big or little, such a genuine, trustworthy service. Thank you

   Travelled down to Portsmouth from Liverpool. Had a slow puncture. Called the garage up for a new tyre. Guy ordered tyre for next day and fitted me in. Special mention for Billy who fitted it. Really efficient. Will definitely use this garage again when back down in the area. Thanks again.

   *Edit Garage is normally when I use it but they refused to change my turbo here! I was not supplying a turbo you guys were I was quoted £1,300 so I took My van in and when the guy put it up on the ramps he said we don't do this one? Is it because it was to hard to do? And you wanted a easy job? Seems like it! So took my business else wear! And got it done thanks to Fairway Garage
