   Absolutely shocking service purchased a car from fortsoutwick cars engine failure within 3 months sent back to these guys For repair at a cost to me they had veichle 8 weeks 6 months later snapped cam belt again They neither of them wonted to know Garage which it is at now have discovered Bolts were over tightened And some parts not even replaced Absolutely shocking the dealer and the repairer Stay well clear of both

   Garage seems good they changed my trubo on my van witch most garges turned down, but has a slight lack of communication I got told my van would be ready around lunchtime on the Monday, so I chased them up as haven't herd anything and it was 2pm, van was eventually ready at 5pm, would have been nice to keep updated on delays at the garage.

   This is a great local garage who offer a fantastic service, their rates are very good and they really know how to look after their customers. We have been going there for years and they never fail to impress. Are car was booked in for an MOT on the Friday we had all the snow, when we rang them to ask if it was still OK because of the snow they said they would come and collect it so I wouldn't have to walk back up in the snow, you don't get that kind of service from the big company's !!!
