    From start to finish page were absolutely fantastic! My insurer gave me a list of approved garages and initially I picked another firm. After a week of emails and phone calls from my insurer and myself, my car was still sat on the drive broken and I still had not had ONE call or email from them!! I ditched them and went to Page. What a difference! Within 30 minutes I had a text acknowledging they had received the job. Within an HOUR I had a call to tell me what the next steps were and when they would collect my car!! Car collected when they said and in the time frame. Car collector was brilliant. Unfortunately they didn't have a courtesy car spare but put me to the top of the list and I had one after a few days which they delivered to my home. Every few days I had a text telling me at what stage my car was at in regards to the repair. That's all I needed. Then Within the time frame given my car was ready. I had a text an email and a phone call to let me know this. Brilliant service. My cars repair is prisitne and unnoticeable and the car was also cleaned, polished and all sparkling inside too. The reception staff are ace and so very helpful and friendly. Im rubbish with names but one was definitely called Tracey. The other was either Laura or Elaine (i think!) Im sorry if im wrong lol. All in all a fantastic experience and I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN. Highly highly recommend. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I am very happy with the quality of the repair to the front of my car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The repair took a very long time but this was due to issues with the information system which required input from the local VW repair shop. I was particularly impressed by the reception staff who went out of their way to help with these issues. My car was spotless when I got it back. I found the repair hub easy to use and it was updated with any changes

    Page were instructed by my insurers agent following some damage caused by an Audi driver. My car was collected, and the process to repair advised to me as it progressed. Towards the end of the repair, I was contacted and advised when the car should be ready, and with a little negotiation, was agreed. On the day, I traveled to Page Portsmouth to collect my car, (my preferred arrangement, other methods were available at a little later date) and my car was waiting for me at the time agreed. The quality of the work was first class, and the while process was great! I would certainly recommend Page Portsmouth for bodywork repairs. Great staff, particularly Scott and Laura, who have been fantastic with communication. Thanks! 10/10 from me.

    I strongly advise against using Page Portsmouth for any car repairs. They are nothing short of bodge job sharks. I had to return my car to them three times for the same issues, and each time the problems were never properly fixed. They can't seem to complete even the simplest tasks, and their workmanship is subpar at best. If your insurance company appoints them for repairs, do yourself a favor and ask for an alternative. It’s a waste of time, and you’ll be left with the same issues as when you first brought the car in PLUS more new issues!! Avoid them at all costs! If I could put zero stars I would.

    My car was parked and someone reversed into the front of my car . The car that reversed into me had a tow bar so there was damage to my front grill . It took a couple of weeks to repair . I was told my car would be ready on Friday . I received a text on the Friday morning saying it’s going to be delayed. I called the office and asked when exactly would it be finished as due to the nature of my job I can’t just cancel calls to come and fetch the car . A very kind lady asked if I could give her five mins and she would get back to me. I was extremely pleased that they managed to pull out all the stops and was able to fetch my car late Friday afternoon . A fantastic job done and they even cleaned my car which I so surprised about .

    Booked a full service, MOT, and suspension replacement via AA Smart Care. This included collecting and returning my car within 1 working day. Apparently the work was completed on the same day but wasn’t returned back to me. Neither AA Smart Care or I could get through to them on the phone. On day 3, when I didn’t hear when I would get my car back, I decided to pick it up myself. A&J Lawrence Ltd are virtually impossible to get through to on the phone. Very poor customer service.

    This was my recommended body shop by my insurance company. At every step from trying to get the damage assessed to booking the car in for repair contacting the company is impossible even my insurance company were unable to contact them. In the end I had to physically go the the place. Please save yourself the stress and request a different garage.

    Great Job, Excellent Customer Service. My Van went in for repair and was told it would take 2 weeks. Was continually updated throughout the process and phone answered when I called. Repair was done to a high standard and van moped and polished to a high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to use A&J Lawrence again.

    Bodge Job Specialists our car went in before Christmas... and without any contact until Feb came back in such a poor standard.... I allowed them the chance to rectify the issues only for the car to come back worse than before with extra damage incurred to the car..... after a call from the GM and also a complaint with my insurance company the car was taken back for all the work to be rectified (overspray all on the underneath of the car).... however.....a few months down the line and some bad wet weather has now revealed..... wait for it...... Masking tape used to cover the overspray and then painted over..... I've now had to call my insurance company again to lodge yet another complaint against these crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

    Car went in for a simple seat cable fix, yet they were incapable of performing this task without creating severe damage to the door sill, weather guard, paint trim and internal components as you can see from the photos. All they had to do was take the seat out and fix a broken cable so god knows why they made such a mess of it!! There was also damage done to my arm rest and original seat as they caked the thing in oil and grease, told me they would clean it but did no such thing. They repaired the damage free of charge, but wouldnt refund me for the initial cable fix that led to this whole situation, i would tell everyone to avoid this company. Plus poor communication i had to chase them for any sort of update. Completely useless.
