Would recommend this company all day long. Rang first thing in morning and he said could come round in afternoon to look at machine. He explained how much it was and if it needed any parts would let me know first. He found the fault and found another thing wrong...repaired both items for no extra charge...what a lovely man he was too. Will definitely use him again
Highly recommend! prompt, polite and professional service. Our washing machine programmes weren't working correctly and Peter diagnosed the issue within a few minutes which required us to fit a new element. He carried out other checks on bearings and motor. He carried the spare part in his van and saved us from buying a new machine. Pete is honest and upfront about costs, advises on maintenance and whether repair is economically efficient. Trustworthy and helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else in Portsmouth.

Very quick response time, thoroughly checked washing machine we initially thought was playing up but diagnosed our issue was a plumbing one, we didn't require repair and there was no charge, but Peter's speed of response and professionalism was very impressive and if we have any future appliance issues, Appliance Care will be our first call!
