   Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. Mark fixed the problem very quickly soon after I called with the emergency. I am 100% happy with the service I received . Mark not only is a reliable plumber but also puts himself out to help in emergency situations. Highly recommended.

He got on with the job, resolved our problem, also advised us of improvements to our boiler and fitted it without trying to upsell or anything like that.    Mark serviced my boiler today. It was its first service since Mark installed it last year. I know I’m always suspicious when I see 5* rating, but to give less would be to under rate Mark. He is professional, tidy, punctual and very reasonable. He was accommodating fitting around schedule at the hospital which can be difficult at times to find trades people who have the flexibility. I will certainly be booking Mark to service my boiler again next year.

   We have used Mark for several years after he diagnosed and fixed a long term issue we’d had with our central heating system which others plumbers had failed to rectify. This meant we finally had a nice warm house! He regularly services our boiler now and sends a text when the service is due, which is great little extra. Most recent job was a replacement kitchen tap, as expected Mark’s workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended for any plumbing work.
