   Terrible terrible service. My appointment was between 8-1pm the engineer arrived at almost 4PM!! Couldn’t fix it, wants to order the piece & show up in yet another week. For £170!!!! A rip off, call any local engineer instead of this company. Don’t do my mistake. No refunds so be careful! It’s a trap. Edit: I had another engineer come from another company, was shocked at how Go Assist’s terrible & unprofessional service. Fixed my washing machine at the spot, suggested that there is no need for a new pump whatsoever. Go Assist would still not refund me fully.

   Terrible service, I told the engineer the fridge was in a cafe to only be told on arrival he only works on domestic appliances. I reallise their terms and conditions mean there is no refund but this waste of time could have been avoided.
