   After trying several heating and plumbing businesses just before Christmas because my boiler had broken down, Pentland plumbing were the only ones that could help. They came the next day fixed the boiler temporarily to see me through Christmas and the New Year and then replaced the boiler at a time that suited me, which was this week! The engineer was extremely efficient knowledgeable and very tidy and the boiler installed in 5 hours and the old one taken away. Everything went very smoothly and he took the time to explain how the new boiler and the programmer worked! I would recommend this business 100% . Everyone from office staff to engineers were so friendly and helpful. And the price was very competitive!

   Everything went smoothly with our boiler replacement. Keith visited first and assessed what was required. Kerrie sent the quote to me the next day. I accepted the quote and Hazel called me to book the installation date. A week later Bill visited and fitted the new boiler. So that's it. Everyone did their bit and we have a lovely new boiler with wireless thermostat and phone apps to control the temperature. Perfect

   Had Pentland Plumbing for the first time for a Boiler repair. The engineer came the same day was very polite and knew his Job. He fitted the part and waited for about 15 minutes just to make sure there were no leaks before he left. After he finished he cleaned up and left everything tidy. Had the bill which was very competitive. Will certainly use them again. One the whole it was a excellent experience. Well done Pentland Plumbing. With all the Cowboys out there it’s refreshing to know a professional that you can turn to when you have a problem.

   We moved into a new property with my dad. Pentland plumbing upgraded the boiler, radiators and fitted a new bathroom. My dad is 88 and was around while the works were completed. He told me the staff were polite, efficient, helpful and very hard working. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. They even fitted an extra rad in my dads lounge as he feels the cold. I can’t not recommend them more highly and wouldn’t use anyone else even if I had to wait to do so. If you want a company you can trust, who are reliable and trustworthy Pentland has your plumbing and heating sorted! They even helped design the bathroom.
