This is such a good garage for women. They make you feel comfortable talking to them. They explain what they're doing. And they definitely don't do any job that doesn't need doing. Good price for a good job
Went in needing a new tyre and front wheel alignment and within 30 minutes the new tyre was fitted and tracking was done first time perfectly. I’ve been use to going to other companies and having to go back 2 or 3 times for them to keep aligning the wheels as they never got it right but Fareham Tyres and Autocare was a great experience from start to finish from the friendly staff to the work being done. Highly recommend!
Took my van in last week for and MOT, service and a few other bits. As ever great service, good clear information on required work, carried out promptly and as always good value.
Very concerned with my experience at this garage my car failed its MOT they could not explain the failure were unable to repair it and I was told I would need to take it elsewhere. I went to another garage who did a diagnostic found there was no problem they re mot'd without any further work and it passed? However this other garage did pick up headlamp alignment needed correcting which Fareham Tyres did not. I went back to Fareham Tyres for an explanation found them to be defensive and patronising have reported my concerns to the DVSA
I have been doing business with Fareham Tyres for 19 years always professional brilliant service dedicated staff nothing is too much trouble very reliable.
Took the motor in with a puncture after work. I was seen straight away and the staff were pleasant enough. Used my forces discount card and it came to less than £20. Excellent service and will definitely be using their services from now on.
