   I ended up at rcj automotive garage after aa advised me to go there from having to stop on the motorway with a over heating engine on the 31st July. Although the garage was busy when I arrived, Sam and her team got the car diagnosed and found out what was wrong quickly and efficiently. Sam ordered the part that was needed and when it been delivered she arranged to get my car fixed and back to before we have arranged..I will definitely go back for service and Mots in the future.

   RCJ had my car in for a diagnostics on an engine noise. They had diagnosed and quoted a price for the work required within a few hours. They got the car back in quickly and completed the work promptly. Their communication was amazing and I was always kept in the loop with where they were with the repair.    Like all the best places RCJ came highly recommended to me by a friend. This was my first time using RCJ as I needed a new cam belt fitted. This is one of the most professional independent garages I have come across. Sam on reception is really friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable of the industry. She got my car booked in with no fuss and kept me updated on everything. The repair to my car was repaired quickly and I was happy with the price. The mechanics work in what looks to a clean modern workshop. When the repair was complete Sean who carried out the work took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explained how the fault had been rectified. All in all I will definitely be using RCJ Automotive again and would have no problem with recommending them to anybody.

   One of the best garages I've used by a mile. Excellent communication keeping me updated with progress and geuinely all round nice folks here. The workshop is super clean and you can tell that the team take great pride in doing a great job for their customers. As an enthusiast I want to take my car to someone I can trust to do a great job, and be honest/realistic with me about the work that needs doing. I 100% got that level of service here and will be back the instant I need more work doing. I have absolute trust in the team at RCJ. Extra bonus; The super friendly dog came to greet me as I parked up :)

   I was recommended to RCJ by the Garage Ive always used as this was a massive Job, I can’t praise them enough, top mechanics that really know there stuff. Customer care & services was unbelievable, I was treated like I was there only customer (which I know I’m not, seeing the amount of work that was happening) which is very rare these days. FULLY recommend them & will definitely be using them again but hopefully not too soon.

   What a great garage. They are very friendly and welcoming. I took my car for an MOT and they were honest and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes. Some garages see a woman and think they know nothing about cars so they try to charge extra for things that didn't need doing. Over the years I've been told the catalytic converter is broke so the broken parts will be sucked into the engine! The gearbox needs to be removed to change a CV boot! That doesn't happen at this garage and I will definitely be back.
