   I arrived at Quay Motors after my regular garage was too booked up a couple of times when needed most. One of the national generic garage services had taken 7 weeks to complete an MOT & Service after they broke a difficult to replace part. Yes they had my car for 7 weeks. On pick up they let me know they didn't change the oil filter, when they did the oil change and I needed two new tyre's. . Doh! . Quay Motors just happened to be the only garage that was available. Since then I've had all the work on my Mercedes E Class over the last couple of years and I'm happy with the service. They haven't created more work through miss-information or breakages or tapped me up for non essential parts or labour. They communicate well and have been flexible around drop off and pick up times. They recently took the time to give me some valuable advice about a van conversion I'm doing. An unasked for, fair review for the couple of years of good service is the least I can do. .
