They turned up bang on time, kept me informed all the time what they were doing, tidied up afterwards and most importantly fixed the leaking pipe. “Just used Coventry Home Repairs on our first property redevelopment in Wyken Coventry, they came recommend to us, loved them from the very start, they know they're stuff. We had them contract for us from (January 2022 until end of March 2022) on a 3 bedroom house. The property was in a bad state of disrepair. They have completely transform the house from top to bottom, new roof, windows & doors, every ceiling taken down and put back up, the walls stripped back to brick work, new service put in, came in on budget, every thing quoted was delivered, there a top notch outfit. The house looked like a show home by he time they had finished, every thing fitted to a super high standard, new kitchen, bathrooms, interior doors, laminated flooring, a complete make over, the property sold within 10 days of being on the market, that speaks volumes for the way they do business. We will only ever use Coventry Home Repairs going forward, it was hassle free, there a modern company, offer great communication from the get go, updated us every night with photos and videos, amazing to see it come together, they also sourced materials more affordably than we could, they have accounts with all the main trade company's and outlets. First builder to quote missed vital parts needed for the buildings structure, which could have cost us thousands to put right, Coventry Home Repairs, known there stuff, they worked safety and cleaned up every night before leaving. My Aunt lives next door, told us how polite and friendly they are, turn up 6 days a week at 7am, not leaving until early evening to get us completed on time. Charlie and co worker were able to come a good 2 weeks earlier due to a cancellation which I was really grateful for. They wore shoe protectors so my house was clean and cleared up everything after they were done. I was working from home at the time and I wouldn't have known that they were here working. They did an excellent job, very fairly priced and would definitely use again if required. Cheers guys.”

“Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly team who went out of their way to make sure that everything was spot on. We had a new oil fired central heating system installed and they did everything from the concrete pad for the new tank to the shower installation as well as the usual radiators, pipework and heated towel rail. I worked from home during the installation, and they made sure there was minimal disruption during my team calls. Very clean and tidy workers, Adam and Will were great - very polite, and where possible worked in one room at a time so the floors were not all up at the same time. Cannot be happier. Some elements of the work were quite tricky but they just dealt with it all calmly and professionally. “We phoned R/S gas services on a Sunday following a fault code on our boiler. They answered straight away and were very responsive fitting us in around our schedules as well as taking into account the severity of of the issue. Within 48 hours we had all the parts and the issues was completely resolved. Also discussed other home improvements and they were open and honest about about work that would be involved. “Kieran and his team of Nu Age did a fantastic job on our property. We wanted to have an air source heat pump but struggled to get an appropriate size which also would be exempt from planning commission. In our case it needed to be a bespoke system and they were able address all our wishes with infinite patience and great ideas how to implement them. They were not only focussing on the heating aspects, they took also care of plastering/woodwork/electrics etc. It was an all round package deal! . When we had an emergency later due to a fault of another handyman they responded within 3 hours and mended the leaking pipe for a very reasonable call out fee. Kieran also took his time to talk us through the heat pump system and how to use it. As our ASHP was installed in the summer we only noticed when 3 months later fwhen switching on the heating that it was not working properly. This was a fault caused by the ASHP provider (Valliant) as they provided a wrong installation plan. Kieran and his team were able to figure the fault out out by being in our property for around 4 hours while talking on the phone to Vaillant. This was of course all done without any additional fees. We have now our ASHP in place for around 5 months and it works as a treat. It is very reassuring to know that we have such a knowledgeable team in our area which is supporting us all the way through the process of getting renewable energy up to the very good aftercare Thank you very much!!”

I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. Thanks so much to Carl, Craig, Jack and Mason. You are not old but very professional. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”
