Lawrence and Keiron were absolutely perfect so respectable towards me and my property , so polite and caring.    Called out JLN due to a small leak coming from my boiler. They arrived on time, the engineer Craig was very polite, tidy and professional during his visit.    Craig and all at JLN are exceptional. Craig came out quickly and took almost an hour to really try to get my boiler working again but unfortunately a part is broken that is now obsolete. However; I’ve no doubt he put a lot of effort into trying for me including taking apart and cleaning parts etc. Honest, bubbly and friendly. Highly recommend and decent call out fee!

   Really please. Making contact and booking was easy and I got an indicative price and an e-mail confirmation of the booking for a plumber to visit the next day. A text was sent in advance to let me know the plumber was on the way and when he arrived he was both courteous and professional. Tackling a boiler service and two plumbing jobs in less than 2 hours and all for what I consider to be a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the service provided and will definitely use JLN Plumbing again.
