   We phoned R/S gas services on a Sunday following a fault code on our boiler. They answered straight away and were very responsive fitting us in around our schedules as well as taking into account the severity of of the issue. Within 48 hours we had all the parts and the issues was completely resolved. Also discussed other home improvements and they were open and honest about about work that would be involved. Will 100% use them again.

   We recently had our en-suite refurbished and are so pleased with the results. During the process we encountered a few issues, such as mold due to a leak and a few broken tiles.
