This shop is amazing, you get the same level of helpful service from the fantastic staff whether you are buying a couple of screws or a kitchen . We need more shops and staff like yours in this town . Special mention to Perry , gives good advice and has lots of patience

We visited Sheppards to view their extensive selection of worktop samples. Once we'd narrowed down the options, Perry let us know that a similar style was due to come in as a return in the exact lengths we needed. He let us know as soon as they'd arrived and been quality checked. Due to the timelines of our project, Sheppards stored our worktops until needed and their delivery service was great. Thanks to Perry we were able to get a great worktop at a cut price delivered on time. Thanks!
Sheppards supplied and fitted an internal door for us. After installation we went to the store to flag up a quality concern only to be told "we can't do anything once the door has been fitted". We were then directed to the sales manager who believed the problem was "a sanding issue" and that he would instruct the fitter to check it. It's been a month now and no further response! With such a lack of after sales service we cannot recommend Sheppards. Patrick & Sharon, Coventry.
A great, long-established, independent one-stop trade and DIY shop that’s local and easily accessible. Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very handy place and highly recommended.

I always go to Sheppards DIY first. Low prices and a wide range of quality products. It is also useful that Sheppards DIY also have a cutting service to machine the chipboard, plywood and similar products that you purchase to the size you require. Helpful staff make for an excellent shop.
Good old fashioned hardware store, sell almost everything you need and at very competitive prices, staff are very helpful and friendly.
Brilliant DIY store which I have used on and off the last 30 years. I bought two things there today, both of which were cheaper than Wickes and B&Q. Would recommend.
