   Absolutely shocking service. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Took them well over ten minutes to find three items. In the meantime the queue had stretched to 10+ people waiting. Avoid.

   When the computer system (in store) told me that my item was ready to collect. I walked up to the desk only to be ignored by multiple staff and ended up just standing there for at least 10 mins until I was able to get the attention of a staff member

   Today I went in to collect my online order (I’d ordered online to save time) I was ignored by Manegar and other staff, members of staff that fully looked me in the eyes and walked away, a member went to help at customer service and ignored me and, Even my order was totly wet, I don't know this is store or open ground field, I would 100% never ever recommend to any one to visit this store. Very bad customer service.

   Today I went in to collect my online order (I’d ordered online to save time) I was ignored by multiple members of staff that fully looked me in the eyes and walked away, a member went to help at customer service and ignored me and the now large queue behind me. I only got seen when a nice person with tattoos actually gave me the time of day. A quick pick up turned into 30 mins waiting and being ignored when it’s like 30 degrees (which made me even more annoyed tbh)

   Very strange ordering system, there is basically no interaction and the entire store is just a bunch of monitors that you tap and “shop” from there. Have a lot of products but lack a proper range of items. The staff seemed nice but just a very strange shopping experience.

   Walked in here recently on the off-chance of picking up a cool bag for holidays. The place is well laid out and it is very easy to order. The computerised search works well and I was able to find what I was looking for. Gone are the days when you would have to queue for half an hour to collect your purchase. One minor gripe for this Argos is that there is no parking directly beside the store so carrying large items could pose a problem.

   On my visit, I went straight for the self-service machines. These were a little hidden, but still findable if you carry on walking through the store after walking in. My order arrived in a good amount of time. It was the usual service that I would expect from Argos, and I would be happy to shop here again.
