I go there a lot and if there’s triple chocolate cookies ready to be bagged she goes out of her way to bag them so that i can get some on my lunch break. Lovely woman, amazing at her job. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.”

“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”
