   Terrible experience in this particular store. They attempted to overcharge me £3.50 for a coffee mug tower to which I immediately noticed & showed the manager "zack" by pointing to the item with my finger as to which he went very red faced & rudely retorted to my face "no need for an attitude & don't slam your hand on the table". I was very offended by his obviously fabricated assertions & the girl at the till confirmed his name hence me writing this. I said I shall be immediately reviewing this portly angry little man who in the end is looking like a mug fit for the stand they tried to overcharge me with

   Terrible customer service. I ordered some slabs for collection, had an email which said they’d arrived, went to get them and they couldn’t find them. Waited for an hour only to be told there’s nothing they can do, they don’t know where they are and so need to cancel the order. I would have at least expected them to offer to have them sent to my home address but no. Overall around 2 hours of life wasted. Thanks The Range, Coventry. Note, the staff are decent there’s just something really poor going on with their systems. Some management higher up issue

   Decent shop with ok Christmas decor, we got some lights which work very nicely. Although, there was no stars for the top of our Christmas tree! Generally I do love the range and they've been very helpful to me before, but this one was just alright.

   I came to this Range store to buy a tracker with the SKU 098544. On arrival the store’s location looks abandoned which isn’t their fault, but still impacts the first impressions of the exterior. The car park was in a state glass & junk around & the lines needed paint. The store had what I needed but isn’t tidy & the plants aren’t looked after too well, although their christmas section was pretty good & the same goes for the furniture. The Iceland section is a good plus also. Customer service was good i was shown where a product was by a young female manager with dark hair. However, I’d recommend visiting the Leamington Spa store.

   The Range in Coventry offers a wide selection of homeware, furniture, DIY, arts & crafts, pet supplies, and garden essentials, with plenty of parking available. I was looking for a printer, which I couldn’t find here, but the store has almost everything you could want for decorating your home, garden, or kitchen. There’s also an Iceland inside, plus a great selection of school and college supplies. The best part is you can find everything you need for parties too.

   Classic 'The Range" a bit grubby, a bit scruffy, but you don't go there for the aesthetics. They have pretty good stuff at reasonable prices. This one also has an Iceland in it which is useful.

   I love to shop at the range, even though it is quite a long trip for me to go and come back! They have lots of products and a wide range of them, all very organised in sections and shelves, however there are some items often misplaced or without price tag which is really annoying. Staff is good but not too friendly, at least when I went!! And I have been there a couple of times. Overall, I can say they do their job and are available for requests and help. All the products I bought are working and have been useful so far. I recently bought an hoover which was on sale and I am waiting to see how long it is going to last and work properly, eventually they say I have 1 year guarantee with the store and 3 years guarantee with the brand who made the hoover.

   Manager attitude made me feel so upset and it was totally unnecessary. Her attitude was deaply objectionional. In regards for a request for a exange. The total was only £12 in perfect condition with a receipt and in the bag it was purchased in. I was there to do a exange and to put the money towards outdoor lights for my shop which have cost £100's ifelt so upset and badly treated I left the items there and will never return.

   Haven’t been to this shop for years, I’ve actually forget how good it is,they have got the most amazing range of wallpapers that good im deciding what room I can redecorate. They have a new section turned into Iceland, this is now going to be a local store from now on. Also picked up dog treats that were cheaper than in the supermarket. So win win all round
