   I went yesterday to buy some storage boxes and they have the same box stacked inside each other getting smaller and smaller. So i assumed it was meant to be like that. Got to the tills they told me they were all sold separately and just kept inside each other for storage space on the shelves. The lady on the till asked me to take the lid of each and get all the boxes out separately. After opening it me and my mum couldnt see any tags on the inside boxes but the woman was adamant. Im the end i left all the boxes and wasn't very happy.

   Always appears well organised and not messy, loads on offer in all areas from clothes to garden. Can sometimes be a long wait to get served. Nice shop to visit.

   I’m a huge fan of TK Maxx and have been a loyal customer for years, but there is no way I’ll be returning to this particular store in the future. Several members of staff were very rude and pretty much started ‘encouraging’ customers out of the door 15 minutes before the closing time. My partner and I were approached by at least 4 different staff members to tell us they’re closing in 5 minutes time from 16:45 (the actual closing time was 17:00). It’s as if they think customers don’t have watches and cannot verify the time. Rather than chasing customers around the store they should be focussing on doing their jobs like tidying the shelves, or assisting customers to find what they’re looking for. The absolute lack of entrepreneurship and customer focus is bound to alienate loyal customers and hurt brand in the long run. I would rather drive to another store than expose myself to the hostility experienced today, which is a shame considering fairly good selection of goods available.

   I was at the store 1 hour ago for shopping. While my wife was trying to quiet our crying child, the store staff had a disturbing conversation with my wife. While my wife was trying to choose a toy for our crying child, a tone of voice was used that disturbed us. We are so sorry. I have shopped from this store many times. I don't plan on stopping by for a long time. My old Comment ….I love this store. There are different products in many areas such as kitchenware, clothes, phone accessories and cosmetics. You can find opportunity products at affordable prices. Especially in thermos, you can find many options and very affordable prices.

   This is a cosy store that seems to focus more on an in and out not so much look around. Staff are keep to keep you moving and seem very busy keeping the shop stocked up to the brim. The stock in comparison to a larger store like Nottingham retail park one is not really worth the visit as this store are not anywhere as friendly and the atmosphere is somewhat cold and over stocked in my opinion with everything but nothing you might need/ want

   Great place for all things for the house, garden, food and your wardrobe! Stock changing continually, from dog toys,fake plants, posh Italian pasta and oils, everything for the kitchen… designer bags, and all types of clothes. Love a good mooch round tk max

   Not great. For somewhere that's supposed to have bargains, it's a bit pricey. Murders trying to find anything. At least there was a Sports Direct nearby, so it wasn't an entirely wasted journey.

   This is a good big store with plenty of parking. There is a home sense up stairs with large amount of home ware and a large selection of clothing downstairs. The store is on a retail park just outside the city centre. Worth a visit to see what deals you can find.
