Generally excellent service in-store and when collecting online orders. Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.

The food hall is small but most options are available. The stock in store does not reflect their online site choices, so if your coming here don't generate a shopping list with the expectation of getting everything on it. There is an elevator to acces the first floor where the cafe, travel money, men's clothing and women's underwear. Parking is still available but restricted by a building site that removes a lot of spaces.

Store seems to have less and less (or should that be fewer and fewer) choice in terms of food options, no Gastro pub brand, very limited selection of fish and meats (compared to M&S Tamworth or even M&S Warwickshire Retail Park), on addition, no trollies, not a case of trolleys being used by customers, no trollies at all, everyone knows the store wandering around with baskets or a trolley from the nearby Tesco. Very poor all around, needs to really up their game at this location, maybe the store is waiting for the refit they other stores seems to have already had.

This store has gone down hill in recent month. Not sure it's due to the struggle to recover from the cyber attacks or just the changes it's made. No childrena cloths section anymore apart from tiny kids. We used to go in there very regular and our son would find something. The men's section is smaller and lacks any really verity and struggle to find anything to buy. The food hall is okay, the rose wine is always very limited. Upstairs is silly hot and downstairs is AC cool.. Needs work and not all changes are for the better. We tend to avoid and go to a really nice M&S in Leamington now..

Nice little M&S. Doesn't carry all the lines of bigger stores but still a good selection. Also has a little food hall (ordered some sandwiches from here for a buffet and they are really good value) and a nice cafe.

Had a good experience shopping here and had a coffee afterwards. Staff were helpful, the range was what was expected of a store this size. Coffee was good. All in a good trip.

Review for the M&S Cafe Always a joy to go here. People are friendly as ever and the food is really nice albeit quite expensive. Try avoid between 12pm and 1pm on a weekend; they are probably short of some more seating space as it is a very popular choice up the Arena Shopping Park. Good quality Tea and Coffee, and the best of all is having a scone with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam! Definitely worth a visit for lunch once in a while rather than every week unless you can afford to.
