For me this is the best local food & drink supermarket. Im a 10 minute walk away and tend to go 3-4 times a week. Not everything is great but they have some really nice produce. And it's not as expensive compared to the lower cost positioned competitors as it seems as long as you check for offers and pick the right format. The meat and fish are usually good quality compared to Tesco or alternatives. Nice fruit as well. Watch the dates on the packs tho - like most places they think best before dates means that it's in date and usually not discounted until that date has passed - which is illogical. What I mean is best before October 22nd means literally that on October 22nd it's past its best. Anyway, that aside it's a nice shop, friendly cheerful and helpful staff, and clean.

I go for the Plant Kitchen/vegan food. There are some good options but sad they got rid of some other options too. What I don’t like is that the Plant Kitchen are now mixed in with other food, rather than in their own section. No doubt the vegan food being mixed in is so we look at what else is on offer in their own section hope we buy more, but I’m only there for the Plant Kitchen. Their fresh bread is also a bonus though some vegan scones or pastries would be a big plus.

My local m&s and love it. Always clean, decently stocked, staff always cheery & nice. Fruit is always wiped out by the end of the day cause it's just so much better than the other supermarkets

Possibly one of the worst M&S food shops in a town centre. Some of the staff are very kind, especially those on the tills, which is appreciated. But the overall experience is disappointing. What’s going on with the bakery and items close to expiry? Are they just being thrown away? It also seems like some baked goods are packed in the afternoon and then sold the next day or is someone taking them at the end of the day?

A big thank you to the Manager Alex who donated excellent quality strawberries to support our fundraising event at St Marys Church Warwick last Saturday. The Flower Arranging event was a great success.

Every Thursday morning I go and get my food shopping for the week.Every Thursday morning I have to scout the shop for a small trolly, then when I have finished my shopping i have to insist that I am served in a proper manner & insist I don't want to serve myself.Ispend around £ 50 and I want to pack my bag properly. What has happened to Customer service! There isn't any any more.

Absolutely Ridiculous !! This store should not be dealing with clothes if they are not a clothes shop!! Took my return package To the little collect store in side the food shop the. Get a call From the food shop people who have opened the package Saying there is no tag they can accept it.. fine but I don’t told them customer services has already said it’s fine as it is a faulty item … she said we can’t accept it that I need to take it to a Clothes shop we can’t deal with it??? Then why are you opening it??? Have always shopped at m and s … should never of took the clothes shop away from Leamington spa town! Now I am stuck with a faulty item and now way of returning it! Thankyou for nothing. Will never shop with m and s again! It’s not cheap and yet it sales cheap clothing! Will be going some where else.

Can be busy at lunch time and after work. I just went on Saturday 22ND Dec though and the tills were working really fast. Well done to the staff. We all know their food costs more. The quality usually is better too
