   Absolutely appalling! They label their clothes with the incorrect price and then accuse their customers of swapping the labels. Their "evidence " was a label from a completely different item and size and price they picked off a changing room floor covered in labels! This is disgusting! And the managers and staff threatening behaviour during their empty accusations should have consequences! I have never been treated like that, and even made the manager aware of other sale items with seemingly labels.

   Maljit is such a lovely staff member who helped make my day, helped me so much as prior to her I spoke to mariam and she was the rudest staff member I’ve ever spoken 2. Completely stressed me out while I was with my disabled daughter. A few other staff members don’t really know what they’re doing, really need to hire better.

   Daughter and friend were just approached by security while shopping for Christmas gifts, asked if they needed help, they said no then they took their basket and were told to leave.. First time in town without us, never been in trouble before, she has cash to pay for items and gets treated like trash. Can’t even call the store as it cuts off after ringing a few times!

   Love a primark shop plenty to choose from love the home ware range especially the candles. Sometimes things can be hard to find so need to have a good look around if it's a particular item your looking for .

   3 floors of the kind of carnage you expect in a Primark. It's not as messy as some. I still get frustrated that there is very little for plus sized people. They had a lot of nice stuff for rustic Christmas decorations. Great value though.

   Just bought some slippers here which where clearly marked as £4. Was going to be charged £5 and when mentioned this, the lady at the till said she could call someone to remove the extra pound although her face was telling me to get lost. Ended up paying £5 as there was a huge queue for the tills. Sucks that companies like Primark keep making so much profit out of us and that we unfortunately don't have much of a choice than to buy from them.
