   What a joke is this store Went today with my kid to collect order of pokemon The guy from till had it in hand and went to back with the item Come back to us and said there were a problems with you order and asked to come back later After couple of hours received cancelled email !! The argos member just kept the item and cancelled our order! Nasty team and its been reported to head of the office for investigation! Avoid this store

   Absolute joke today. Went in to buy a game that said it was in stock. Paid for it only to be told it was out of stock and I needed to come back in three days. So I said it says “it’s in stock” and the lady said it could have sold between then and now so I said don’t worry I will go elsewhere so she refunds me. Then she says “actually it is in stock” so I had to buy it again and wait 3-5 days for my original money back. Annoying ain’t the word.

   Sophie, the assistant, was very helpful and polite. I was having WiFi problems trying to find out something, and she sorted it out for me so I could make my purchase. The counter is to the left of the entrance inside Sainsbury's .

   I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting this store and receiving some awful customer service. I had a genuine faulty product with no wear and tear which needed to be exchanged, however they were insinuating that I was the issue the item was broken. They had advised me that I have been the only person to bring this pair of headphones back, however upon looking at reviews I am not the only one. If you want any aftercare, then I would avoid this place at all costs as it’s non existent.

   Staff member named Linda was completely useless in helping it took 2 Staff members and a manager to tell her to do a regular procedure she was fully aware she couldn't do the procedure yet refused to go to the back to get someone more qualified this after a long queue on top of the lack of general help provided I will never be using this store again

   I will not go shopping again here Canly Argos because staff and manager was very rude, unprofessional.products is terrible at this store. I was refused a replacement on a faulty item.
