   Excellent service. We went to the Robert Dyas store in Stratford Upon Avon on Sunday 2 November to buy some lightbulbs. It was early in the afternoon and the gentleman serving was really helpful. We were unsure about what to buy but he gave us all the advice we needed. We were really impressed and thanks to his help we got the lightbulbs we needed. We didn't get his name but we wanted to thank him. Customer service like this needs to be recognised.

   Very poor customer service today ,in need of some training the young woman at service desk & floor asistant / man ! Or was it they didnt like working bank holiday so we left the items nr service desk or non service desk, and by the way the pic is a washing line pulley you both never heard of ,many types about ! No need to be sarcastic eh

   Simon, who works at this branch was very helpful and even went out of his way to ensure that my DHL parcel went on the day, despite the fact that the shop was closing! He was very kind and informative when dealing with both myself and the person before me which is what you need when you’re posting something internationally for the first time!

   I had forgotten my mask. Staff member gave me a mask and saved my bacon! I was able to enter store with my two dogs who behaved remarkably well behaved. Robert Dyas has always been my go to store every time I have been in Stratford. I love it

   I am a regular shopper at Robert Dyas Stratford Upon Avon. Today I attempted to return a faulty item, and I was presented with statements like..."I'm not sure we can refund you as no one else has returned one of these before" . When I asked what relevance that was to my faulty item, the lady called her manager......there was further debate before I was refunded fully......next time I won't be so polite.
