“My husband and I booked an appointment to get help purchasing a travel system for our first child as we had absolutely no idea what we were looking for. Tracey was super helpful, as were all the other ladies in the store. We had a good look round at everything, were able to try things out and also see if prams fit in the car ok. We never felt any pressure to buy on the day either which was nice. We did however settle on a system which suited our lifestyle and placed the order on the same day. Would absolutely recommend.”
“This is one of the best Asian grocery stores in the area.”
“Lovely friendly staff. A great community spirit”
“It is a very nice place to buy food there in Cawston, Rugby, Warwickshire.”
“Always really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss. Thank you!”
“Well stocked up. Amazing Customer Service !”
“Brand new shop and experience to Rugby, much like the Iceland shop in Rugby Central but better, in so much as a larger store with wider Isles and more fridge space. Now with this extra space we get a better shopping experience for all, and the choices of products is so much better, I think they had the right balance considering the shop is so new and not knowing their demographics just yet. It was nice to see some additions of bulk items for the larger families to benefit from savings made. A much better choice of alcohol than Iceland Rugby obviously due to more space, but the addition also of electrical items (some of which have been reduced) was welcome by myself as we were looking for a replacement kettle, as ours had leaked it's contents all over the worktop the same day. You can still use your Iceland loyalty card here too. Win win.”

“As always staff are polite and helpful. Was in a different store from where I usually go, but obviously friendly is keyword in their training. Got everything I needed. Good dates and very fresh. Store is clean and very conveniently placed so its easy to get to. Not full of shelf stackers and always enough tills open.”
“Very friendly, helpful staff, some good value products, some items are dramatically cheaper than supermarkets. Efficient staff that drop on tills when in busier moments using their intelligence unlike some other shops, staff smile and interact with customers, unlike some other shops. I am a very happy loyal customer that would definitely recommend this store and its staff.”
“Co-op Foods in Warwick is a convenient and reliable grocery store that caters well to the local community. The store offers a good selection of fresh produce, bakery items, and everyday essentials, alongside a variety of fair trade and ethical products—a hallmark of the Co-op brand. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. While the store isn’t as large as a supermarket, it’s perfect for quick shopping trips or topping up essentials. Prices are reasonable, and the Co-op membership rewards scheme is a nice bonus for regular shoppers. Overall, it’s a solid choice for convenience and quality in Warwick.”
“Very very very good place to have the co-operativer food and drink and nice service who work hard”
“Love this shop. So handy for where I live and has almost everything I need. I also return parcels here occasionally for other retailers. I'd be gutted if it ever closed!”
“Great shop in a handy location. The staff are friendly and helpful, it has a decent size car park.”
“Friendly staff and a good selection of food and drink. I would definitely recommend their lemon cake!”
“Sometimes I just come here for the experience as it's super fun with the various interactive products you can use! There's a whole heap of eco friendly items including refills of shampoo and body wash, nuts and seeds! There's a bunch of vegan stuff even though it's a small place. The jam donuts are still the best accidentally vegan items the co-op has in my humble opinion. Really clean and tidy store, 10/10!”
