   I have never had such shocking customer service. There is one guy who has long curly hair (was wearing a face mask) so rude! Walked straight into me and didn’t say sorry or anything. Just looked at me like I was trash!!! This is not the first time he has been rude! I think you need to send him on a training course. Also the staff Constantly are talking on there radio head sets and ignoring customer.

   It’s a shame it’s not what it could be. The fruit and veg fridge always smell like gone off food, herbs are always brown, the floor always looks dirty, the staff constantly talk on the headsets about their private life and there seems to be an issue with incorrect pricing.

   Consistently incorrect pricing… to the point of being most shopping trips. Negligence or actually misdirecting customers deliberately… either is bad. Sort it out please. Staff regularly chatting to each other on headsets rather than engaging politely with customers also. Otherwise a convenient store.

   Sometimes I just come here for the experience as it's super fun with the various interactive products you can use! There's a whole heap of eco friendly items including refills of shampoo and body wash, nuts and seeds! There's a bunch of vegan stuff even though it's a small place. The jam donuts are still the best accidentally vegan items the co-op has in my humble opinion. Really clean and tidy store, 10/10!

   Such a great shop. The slushy and the Herseys drinks are great and the coffee machine is some of the best coffee around. The layout and style of the shop are really nice. The only let down to this shop is the hot food is either overcooked or cold. Alot of the time is so overcooked its rockhard. If they got this right its make a big difference.
