   I have used this store since it opened. I find the staff absolutely brilliant - courteous, helpful and caring. I have noticed recently however that with the additional task of packing up home delivery orders, alongside their other jobs (like stacking shelves and manning the till), that there are just not enough staff to undertake all these tasks, and the staff that are there are stressed out trying to serve everyone .... I spoke to the local manager to voice my concerns, but he seemed stressed and powerless to do anything about the situation. This store charges higher prices than larger stores, and it's just not good enough for Sainsbury's to make their profit by not employing enough staff to do the job, and exploiting the good will and hard work of their the staff, many of whom are middle aged women.

   Whilst this local Sainsburys is very handy for last minute stuff, I find the staff rude and disinterested. All I had from the main counter this afternoon was ‘YEA’ and that was it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not royalty but I’ve spent over 30 years in retail in various positions including Sainsbury’s but I was trained to be welcoming to customers. Maybe it’s a sign of the times.

   The “older” staff in this store are always rude and arrogant. The younger ones are always bubbly, welcoming and helpful. I was in the store this morning, asked the “assistant” (what a joke) if I could get past because she was checking something on the shelf and she just huffed and puffed like how dare I interrupt her. This attitude seems to be a feature in the local Sainsburys. The staff at the main store in Leamington are great.

   It's is a small store carrying a wide range with limited choice as you would expect .you can still buy a large part of your shopping if you were into smaller sized products and choice excellent if treated like a corner shop for the basics ,milk bread or the odd and end items

   RACIST POORLY DRESSED STORE MANAGER, UNQUALIFIED STAFF and POOR PRODUCT RANGE. It was a really good store three years ago. But unfortunately It's standards have significantly been reduced and this particular Sainsbury's local now contains racist unqualified staff members in addition to a poor product range. I have been visiting the store 3-4 days per week for the past three years the service has become completely unacceptable. Adam ( scruffy store manager) has refused to serve a man last week who was black Muslim, the store manager couldn't give any reasons for refusing to serve this gentleman. Then because this man was my friend Adam told me that it's not my card and he won't serve me either despite my efforts to show Adam my identification he still tried to make out it's not my debit card. Adam has no management qualifications whatsoever which he clearly demonstrated last week he should not be in management unless he has the correct qualifications. When I told Adam I was a loyal customer who visits the store 3-4 times a week for the past 3 years his exact response was , 'I don't care! ' As a UK consumer I have the right to be told why I'm being refused sale. I was born in the UK I have a full driving license and there is no reason why my card shouldn't be accepted as a suitable method of payment.
