Chaz / Charlotte so helpful with Evri parcel drop off - also called another store to see if they could help. Refreshing to see customer service where people actively want to help. Thank you and hope feedback reaches the right ears!

Very nice local supermarket - has a lot of the main things you need and it's central and easy to walk to. My kids like the premium co-op pizza and they have a decent wine selection. It's also next door to bar+block so it's handy for getting a drink in on the way home.

I love this Co-op. It is a well-stocked local store (even a good supply of otc medicines) and generally open when others are closed. The staff are friendly, always helpful and the store is clean and efficient. Fabulous!

Giving it 4 stars as the costa machine is never clean and tidy and never has sweeteners or sugars or any sticks for the drinks and I always come in after I finish work sometimes the machine is broken. But other then that staff are lovely and store is tidy (just fix the machine and make it clean and presentable :) thanks

A great co-op store with a deli inside, it also has a seating area within it. A mini-supermarket if you'd like to purchase anything in the city.

I was staying in the hotel next door to this store. The website, the GMB page (which they haven't even bothered to claim) and signs plastered all over the frontage advertise their opening time as 7am. After a ten minute wait someone deigned to open the door to say they didn't open till 8 "because it's Christmas". Not by my calendar: Christmas is parked firmly on the 25th of December and this was the 29th. After a short conversation the 'Team Leader' was wheeled out only to re-interate the point made by the not-ream-leader. Despite saying I only wanted a toothbrush I was told it was against the rules. Who needs common sense when we can have rules instead? The staff were not impolite or discourteous and we all have off-days. In my opinion, the feeble level of service stems from higher up the pay scale; and the fault does not lie with the store staff
