   Great shop for frozen treats!

   Went in this evening and saw a guy loading a freezer. Picked up some stuff and it was totally defrosted covered in condensation. I then felt the stuff on the large trolly/cage he was working on. All of it was totally warm, soft and defrosted. There were fish and chicken produce on their. When I asked him how long it was out the freezer he said it had been working it for ages. Things like fish fingers frozen and refrozen are so so dangerous to health especially when they are eaten by kids predominantly. I told him it was dangerous and he just laughed it off and took the cage out back. Guys name was Ben and he was the Manager on shift!

   Expensive for fresh food, but good selection of frozen items with deals on lots of food. Lovely checkout lady on the tills when we went who informed us of the 10% discount for over 60's on a Tuesday (although we're not quite there yet . . ).

   I decided to go to this iceland and get my shopping. I found that there was hardly any stock so I had to go to a different shop afterwards. Shop is clean and staff are polite and friendly just a shame there wasn't a lot out.

   I came here day on my mobility scooter. The young girl was so incredibly helpful. I'm disabled and was really struggling with my basket. She took it to the till for me and paid with my card and another customer helped her pack my shopping. Thank you so much for all your help I really appreciated it.

   Lovely clean new store! Shame the power went off when we were half way round the first time we went... Had to abandon my trolley and go outside in the rain until it was sorted about 10 minutes later. Went again today and thankfully no issues this time! Helpful checkout staff and still feels like a brand new store.. the aisles are nice and wide and everything is easy to find.
