Me and my partner are fairly regular in the store, I also have a powered wheelchair. We always have a good laugh with the friendly staff members and are quiet good friends and nothing is too much trouble for a bit of help.
I came in today for some shopping. Got more than I planned and was struggling as im wheelchair bound. . The lady with dark hair & glasses was lovely. She took all the shopping off me. Scanned & packed it all and brought it around to me. Made my life so much easier. All the staff r really friendly and nothing is 2 much trouble for them all. Thank you so much to the lady that helped me today.
Very bad customer service not with everyone but one assumed I was stealing when l know she saw me put the item back and she wanted to stir something up no apologies
Everything was fabulous but just wanna say that ... Staff always busy in gossiping.!! They are using headset mic just for fun and laughs which is really unpleasant. Rest everything was fantastic . Goods are cheaper here than other stores . And last I am gonna praise to a security officer. He greets me with a lovely smile. Appreciate for his work xx..
I tend to only use this store when absolutely necessary as I find the staff gossiping to each other over headsets whilst serving you, incredibly rude & ignorant….. I’ve noticed this has been an issue for a long time judging by other reviews about the same issue!…. Heron customer service needs to get a grip!

Would be five stars if could get regular supply of their XL cod, haddock, plaice and Dover sole. Apart from that always good value and amazing offers

Stumbled upon this store by chance when going for a COVID vaccine a couple of doors down at the chemist. Almost identical to Iceland. Ideal if you like to stock up on frozen food. Has all the basics too. Bit off the beaten track for me to go again.
