    NOT MUCH CHOICE. MORE EXSPENSIVE THAN MAIN SAINSBURY SHOPS. FRIENDLY STAFF, THE SAINSBURY'S PRICE SHOULD APPLY HERE NOT JUST AT LARGER STORES.

    Staff do not see customers as important , it's clear the younger staff don't like operating the tills as they will completely ignore you until you go and ask and then it's clear they are not happy. After spending £100 to £150 a week in there since it opened I have had enough.. Fortunately there's a tesco express 2 mins down the road.

    I have had mixed experiences with Sainsbury's. While the in-store service is generally good with a wide range of options, my online orders through platforms like Just Eat have been less satisfactory. On multiple occasions, items ordered and paid for have been missing from my delivery. Resolving these issues has proven to be challenging, and refunds haven't always been processed as expected. It’s a shame as the in-store experience is positive. I hope the Sainsbury's can address these discrepancies to ensure a consistent level of service across all platforms, as sadly I can't chance ordering from this store again, as they seem incapable of picking items correctly for online orders by delivery apps.
