   Just popped in and this has been the third time in a week, where the girl behind the counter is rude. Do they know they're not the only shop in leamington? Look forward to topping up my electric for my local business elsewhere :) Hate people like this that have front facing roles when all they care about is their own face.

   The fruits and vegetables are fresh over here. Almost all masalas and rice varieties are present. Even wheat flour is available. I didn't expect such a small shop to contain so many items. Looks clean too. This store acts as Amazon returns collection point as well. The people at the counter were helpful in collecting my return.

   Went to drop a parcel with Evri today and the guy at store refused to take the package as he was instructed by his manager to do so. Apparently Evri rep refuses to collect big packages. So it would just be lying there and not gets taken back. Understood it's not Nisa local's fault and we brought the package back and arranged Evri collection service. But we felt that the guy at the store could have been a bit polite in his communication. He was quite loud and everyone else started staring at us by the way he was talking which was embarrassing.

   They advertise that they are a parcel drop off point but always act as if this is an inconvenience to them. Was told not to bring more than 1-2 at a time, poor service.

   Most products are just from coop, and cash machine outside is quite dodgy. The selection is varied, but the items are available aren’t always the most logical. Good place for parcel pick-ups and drop-offs.

   I was, at 9m pregnant, verbally abused by the owner for using the Hermes parcel return point. I'd waited patiently in line, and he wanted to skip me to checkout "paying customers" because the "parcels earn peanuts." I asked if in fact he could serve me as I was uncomfortable standing and he said he didn't care. He did go on to serve me and it was one of the most unpleasant exchanges. I was also buying my lunch so a "paying customer" after all. Not that he cared. For convenience with two small children, I used this place several times after this experience out of pure necessity. Observing the owner it seemed he had his favorites neither liked you and gave you good customer service or was incredibly rude to other customers. I guess it depends on me as you find him in. After I watch him do something similar to someone else I decided I would rather walk a little further.
