The coffee is disgusting....nobody cleans up, or sweeps the floor, or even wipe the tables ....not once did I see somebody cleaning, or taking dirty dishes away....the coffee was like warm, I don't know how Morrisons can put their name on this Leamington spa eatery.
Just want to take a moment to thank Jess the cashier: in the frenzy of Christmas shopping she was a balm of kindness this Sunday morning, asking us if we needed her to wait before we had unloaded all the shopping before proceeding and chatting away at all things baby as we are expecting our first child. Please keep such adorable people around !
Went in tonight around 7 pm to return an Amazon parcel and asked the customer service desk for help. Instead of pointing me to the return point (right next to her), the staff member barked that my parcel was “too big.” I repacked it, only to be told again — in the same rude tone — that the machine was out of order and she couldn’t scan it. She showed no customer service skills whatsoever — abrupt, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in doing the job. I’ve done my family’s weekly shop here for years, both in store and online, but after tonight I won’t be coming back. I drove to Asda instead, where two lovely ladies helped me with no fuss and made up for the poor experience.
Store is fine, big, lots of products. We went to the cafe, we usually go to Morrisons since the food is good. Waited ages to place the order since there was only one member of staff working the restaurant side (delivering food, clearing and serving). Went to get the drinks, despite having 4 coffee machines the person there was making 1 coffee at a time so that took ages. Waited a long time for the food and when it came it looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for ages since the top of it was dried out making the black pudding and egg inedible. Left most of it. Very disappointing since I've had good meals at Morrisons.
Massive in size unlimited in the offers at any time of the year. Quite impressive amount of fresh produce! Good location very near to the station The cheapest prices for a British supermarket. Sorry, Aldi and Lidl are different to beat price wise.
This review is solely about the cafe. Reason for the low rating is that, although they advertised the Christmas meal, it was unavailable. Not only that but there were a number of implements out of order with hand-written notes and it all had a downbeat, couldn't care less vibe about it.
Visited the cafe here and was bitterly disappointed. There was a table of food left for the duration of my visit. Two members of staff simply walked past it. The food I ordered wasn't actually available, this was dealt with suitably but there should be something in place to ensure you can't order food that isn't available.
Went here for the Cafe on a Saturday and it was really poor. Usually its nice in the week but clearly at the weekend they can't cope. Food was VERY slow to come out. Then came out wrong and all at different times. Took our order for a drink and after waiting for 15 minutes at the hot drink bar was told sorry they don't have that... they didn't seem to be clearing tables and we had to clear and clean one ourself. Overall fine in the week but won't be going at the weekend again!
