One person serving with a huge queue on a Saturday! Multiple staff in the aisles but no one bothered to man the tills. Left basket and walked out. This is the second time I've had to do this, unless you want to spend an hour queuing I'd avoid this store. Solihull is far better

This is an alright store. They have ample items at reasonable prices and are very competitive with similar style of stores elsewhere. They could do with more staff at busy periods, not just for serving and customer queries but also if there are items on the floor or messed up displays, etc. Especially like today, it was so busy.
They brought the temperature inside to an ideal level with portable air conditioners. There are thousands of different products. The product aisles were a bit confusing to me. Usually a quiet store. A store with a wide variety of products from garden furniture to home textiles. You can find it in food products. I found the prices of some products high. Some products are affordable.
Avoid. I'm 32 and got I.D for fire logs. Was refused sale and made to look like a fool in the queue. Woman cashier was rude, sarcastic and no customer service experience. Avoiding this place again. Also. If you love long queues, cashiers with no customer service and rudeness. This place is for you.
Always friendly when visiting this store. Everything one needs , plenty of choice and value for money

Lots of different products on shelves, ld say 20% have no shelf edge labels to tell you the price and you have to double check when they do to make sure its the right product, shame think they lose alot of sale due to this.
It's a good shop if you have self control, which I don't so I always end up spending loads on god knows what. There's lots of great deals, especially on the wild bird food and pets section. It's always been pretty well stocked and well kept but the security guard has made me feel uncomfortable on a number of occasions, being stared at and followed around is just not my idea of a fun shopping experience.
