   Absolutely disgusting! Staff always chatting to each other via headset. I understand it’s handy for communication but being served at the till with staff chatting between themselves and not caring about customers it is a joke. You don’t know if he is asking you something or answering to someone on the headset. Very rude and when you ask for receipt they rolling their eyes, well maybe when you engage with customers you would know they asked for receipt.

   Service at the tills is appauling, young male cashier with headset constantly talks to other staff instead of focusing on his job. Outcome was I was over charged by £3 approximately! Will be checking my receipts in future and the staff need training on excellent customer service!

   I have always enjoyed shopping at Heron food and the staff are very polite and helpful. Prices were affordable for struggling families who have little but, today's shopping I found prices have risen considerably making shopping more expensive. I will continue to shop at Heron food although reluctant to do a big shop. This is my reason for not voting 5 stars.

   Would have been 4 stars if it weren't for a few members of staff that are too busy chatting on their headsets to greet customers Your typical Heron i guess, there's a decent selection of cheap frozen goodies and while some staff are polite, chatty and friendly others are too busy chatting to colleagues on their headsets to even greet you. The ice-creams are usually very cheap so ideal to visit in the summer. They often have reasonably priced non-frozen goodies too, like sauces and cool drinks It's always good to wander round to see what they have in stock as cupboard fillers.

   I love my local heron store. Always a bargain to be had. Good prices always Staff ..never had a problem with them.can't praise the shop or it's staff highly enough. Cheap prices and staff who go the extra mile and who are always polite. One of the checkout ladies even took my elderly Mothers shopping to her car for her! Keep up the good work.
