Great shop in a handy location. The staff are friendly and helpful, it has a decent size car park.

Can’t fault this shop, it’s got all the things you need for a good top up shop. And the new frozen meals section in the middle of the store is fab. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Can’t fault the store or the staff.

As all co.op they have a good selection although they were missing many lettuces yesterday They are a bit more expensive then other supermarkets but they do a lot of fair train items why more expensive?

Manager rude to me about not wearing mask, even though i'm exempt. I offered to put on my badge. He implied that since the mask mandate, many people have 'all of a sudden become' asthmatic. Implying that me or others are not really exempt from wearing a mask. Why would anyone put them selves through the stress of being harassed about wearing a mask, unless they had good reason not to wear one. The manager mentioned his son being asthmatic, and seemed to feel like he was an authority on the subject. I personally don't wear mine due to mental health, I literally came out in a rash due to this managers lack of respect for other humans.

Lovely modern store which appears incredibly clean and well laid out. The majority of staff seem friendly, although they appear to talk to each otherratjer rudely. Unfortunately the shop doesn't get more than two stars because there's an cashier named Julie who trys to direct the queue to separate tills despite which one you would like to use in a manner that means people who are behind you get served first. Where's the logic in that?

The staff are very poor at showing good customer service. I have noticed that they are chatty with one another and some regulars. I am a regular customer also and find the attitude of the older staff generally poor. I have been overcharged and received no apology when I pointed it out for example. I only use it for convenience.

Go to this store quite often, as a disabled person it's a useful place to shop, however on several occasions now I have found the disabled parking spaces taken by people just "popping in" for bits or using the atm machine who are either not disabled or do not have a blue badge. At another big retailer this is now subject to a fine! Please people be. Ore mindful of those less mobile than you.
