We've returned to store today to have some lathe training, because a two hour 'how to' session was included with the lathe. Fantastic news because it covers all the introduction skills to get you up and running, including safety. On site in the store workshop. My son will get a chance to try different tools before choosing what he needs in store, so we'll only end up with things that work for you :) They also run demonstrations, there's one this Saturday on making a resin and wood river table. Brilliant store, brilliant team.”

The team went above and beyond by holding the items safely for me until I was ready to receive them, with one of the delivery team personally looking after me over email to make sure everything was arranged perfectly. Delivery itself was exceptional: two men in a van drove three hours from Coventry, setting off around three in the morning, and arrived with everything in perfect condition. This level of care avoided all the usual courier pitfalls and gave me complete confidence in the process. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and when my dog accidentally (on purpose!) scratched the velvet bench just two days later, the after-sales support was equally impressive. They sent me a free superior brush to help restore the velvet, showing genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. “Popped in, as we wanted to try a range of different options to introduce to our dog, after using the same supplier for 5 years. I'm so glad we did, and a little regretful that we hadn't before! NRPF have a fabulous range of raw, and all of the best supplements and additions that you could want for (even kefir and various bone broths in little paw shaped ice cubes like I do at home!). Not to mention the treats and chews! The staff were so very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions so fully and discussing all of the details with us. I came away feeling very reassured and less worried about my choices. With their pricing being very competitive, combined with their wide range of brands, proteins and balancing options (various DIY, 80/10/10, complete, +veg, separate veg, chunky, smooth, etc.), I no longer feel like I'm having to consider other options (ie adding in some wet or dry foods) to be able to afford to feed raw.
