   Terrible Customer Service at Screwfix Nuneaton – Employee “Libby” I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of an employee named Libby at the Nuneaton Screwfix branch. Her attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. From the moment I interacted with her, she exuded rudeness, acting as though customers were beneath her. Her tone was unnecessarily sharp and unpleasant, and her entire demeanor was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. Libby’s condescending snipes and dismissive behavior make it clear she has no respect for customers or the standards expected at a reputable company like Screwfix. Her shocking lack of basic courtesy and professional decency made an already routine visit a deeply unpleasant experience. On the other hand, the manager Tracey was absolutely excellent. Tracey handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, showcasing exactly what good customer service looks like. It’s a shame that someone like Libby is representing Screwfix alongside such capable colleagues. I strongly urge Screwfix to address this issue. Libby’s attitude is not only damaging to the customer experience but also to the reputation of the entire branch. If this is the kind of service you tolerate, you risk losing loyal customers.

   Queuing can be perplexing and laboursome. Some items which show up as "in stock" actually have to be ordered and available for collection 24 hours later

   Easy to order, have to select the item to see if it's in stock at preferred store which is annoying. Easy to check out with a login. Very quick to notify items available to pick up and then make you wait when you come to pick up. Got items as expected.

   Nice friendly staff in the trade section. Helpful finding anything you need. Usually have everything I need in stock or can next day the item for me which works really well. Would really recommend if you need things quickly with great service. Staff are also great and helpful if your disabled you have great access for a wheelchair, staff help with bags/boxes for your items and have even offered to take things to my car. Wouldn’t use anywhere else in the area if they have the items I need.

   I usually click and collect, pick up is always very quick and staff are good, had a couple of things broken or wrong but they were replaced straight away while in the store. Only thing to be aware of is they will not allow collections while they are taking delivery. Last time this happened I was told it would be 10 minutes so I waited, this happened 3 more times before I had to go and come back the next day.

   Now accepting in store ordering instead of click and collect only but you'll need to take a list of catalogue numbers of items with you to order in store as there are no catalogues out to look through. I used in store ordering so I could use a voucher I'd been sent that could not be used for an online order. Good prices as usual and everything I wanted was in stock.
