    Ordered a £550 camera for pick up from the store. Literally been told DPD have "lost" it, been chasing them for a week, trying to get my order which they are still selling on their site as 2 day delivery. They don't have a customer service email, so your only option is to spend huge amounts of time on live chat and calls. Both of which seem to be getting me nowhere. Been told an official complaint has been opened, but not even been given a reference for it. Shambolic. What kind of customer service team doesn't have an email address?

    Great Product, Terrible Collection Process While I am happy with the product itself, the online ordering and store collection experience was very poor and highly inconvenient. Firstly My order did not arrive in store on the promised date, and I received absolutely no communication or updates regarding the delay. When I reached out to customer support, the agents were unable to provide any reason or status update for the delay, which was frustrating. I went to the store the following day with the intention of cancelling the order. Surprisingly, the store representative informed me that a unit of the product had, in fact, been delivered. After a five-minute wait, the item was located and handed over. If I had not visited the store am not sure when I would have got an update to collect. Rating 2 just for the lack of communication and disappointing collection process.

    I visited the Coventry store to purchase a TV and was greeted by Manager 3 Paul, who was extremely helpful and kind. Paul provided fantastic customer service sharing his television knowledge, assisting me in finding the best TV that met my needs, and ensured I was happy with the purchase. Many thanks.

    We ordered from Currys which has been a mainstay of British high street and malls forever. We went in and the model they recommended was not available in-store that day but we could order on their website for home delivery we did as they suggested and that is when the pain started. It was delivered on time but the model we wanted was glass this was plastic. So we went back to the store we first went to to take it back, but oh no we could not return a online order in store. Flabbergasted we were directed to complete the online form and have it collected, which we did. But the cancelled the return. We had to call 17 times and each time they could not accept the return and asked up to call the next day. So frustrated, it was within the returns period but no one.could tel l us why it was being rejected. Eventually after weeks a escalated manager call happend. She was so rude and really not interested in helping. It has been weeks and only just got an email saying they would approve a refund bearing in mind we returned the item weeks ago and the refund would be a gift card that would be posted. I will never buy from here again, their customer service is terrible staff attitude awful and they need to update their policies and make it easier for customers to buy from them.

    It's nice to see what you are buying in person. Especially PCs and laptops and here you can try before you buy. I buy mostly online, but you can't beat the tactile experience of seeing how fast a PC actually is, and it is essential if you're caught between 2 products. Then you will surely know if the price difference is worth it for your needs. Based off Jimmy Hill Way by the CBS Arena

    I found a desktop PC and checked the stock and it was showing available for collection in store today, went there to buy. The sales representative told me it is not in stock. Showed him on my mobile that it is in stock and then he told me that curry's maybe doing this to fetch more people in store. Appalling. Staff is very aggressive and not friendly at all.

    Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a Hotpoint washing machine and had it delivered this Afternoon. Removed the plastic and top/sides of the polystyrene but left the bottom in place. 2 of the 4 transport bolts had sheered, 1 in tact and the 4th is lodged. Went through to Currys call centre and after an age of waiting was told this can only be returned to the store and can not be returned via the phone service. Its now 1500hrs and -2 freezing cold. No phone number yo call the store and the delivery driver won't collect. Nice one currys! Would love to talk if you want to message me?

The assistant that helped us was called Ross and he was more than helpful, really appreciative of his time! He told us he hadn’t even been there for long but knew everything he needed to help us.
