   Very unprofessional and poor culture. I've dealt with Tippers numerous times and ordered bulk stuff for my home build. I have a cash account for my 4500 sq foot renovation. Recently though however this place seems to have gone down very downhill. As soon as you phone them your alarm bells are ringing. The attitude of the staff is so poor. They forget in a sales position the customer doesn't owe you anything and in sales creating a good rapport with them is key in creating healthing revenue. Ring these guys and get the true essence of negative customer service! I put my order in and asked for bank transfer details - remember to actually send me the invoice. I rang 3 times and they still didn't send it. I want you to take my money but the sales team forgets how the business operates. Once a negative culture like that takes hold then it can be hard to change to I'm shopping elsewhere. I'll take my money elsewhere and other customers beware.

   If I could give this company no stars I would. Placed a phone order. Lady taking order obviously didnt know what she was doing, telling us wrong dates, that things were unavailable when they were etc. Eventually got the order placed and delivery date agreed for a week later. Workman came round for delivery and to start work. Nothing. Phoned up and same lady said she couldnt find order (despite us telling her SHE placed it). She eventually found it and admitted she booked it for the week after by mistake. Workman had to waste a day and go home. Waited for delivery following week. Again.. Nothing! Had to phone up and they had to get a lorry back out and deliver. When checked, 2 out of 3 order items were wrong. Arranged for part of order to be picked up and refunded. Phoned to ensure they coming, would only give a 3 hour slot, 9 to 12. I took a morning off. Checked at 11.20 to ensure be there by 12. Assured they would be. Nothing at 12.15, had to phone again. Eventually turned up at 12.30. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Even when phoning we were told different names for the manager.

   I've used Tippers (Nuneaton) a few times now for multiple items, I find their prices to be good, easy to order online with choice of selecting your own dates for delivery. Staff are always friendly and helpful when delivering items and helpful to place them where needed or as close as possible. When contacting them via phone to ask any questions or to ask about orders staff are always professional and polite. I've also found this to be the same when visiting their store. I highly recommend this company.
