When I made my purchase the whole customer service experience was second to none, including a friendly and efficient delivery. Purchased the Detroit Corner Bench, 3 chairs to match and a dining table. Had not been to the showroom but had received a sample of the fabric through the post. We are really pleased with the quality of the furniture and the colour is exactly what were were looking for. Quatropi were not in our area for delivery so used a third party. Communication with third party was good and furniture arrived on time. Delivery drivers very helpful in placing boxes where required. Overall experience from start to finish was excellent - highly recommend.
I ordered a dining room table and chairs, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The team went above and beyond by holding the items safely for me until I was ready to receive them, with one of the delivery team personally looking after me over email to make sure everything was arranged perfectly. Delivery itself was exceptional: two men in a van drove three hours from Coventry, setting off around three in the morning, and arrived with everything in perfect condition. This level of care avoided all the usual courier pitfalls and gave me complete confidence in the process. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and when my dog accidentally (on purpose!) scratched the velvet bench just two days later, the after-sales support was equally impressive. They sent me a free superior brush to help restore the velvet, showing genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company—quality products at a great price, backed by service that feels personal, professional, and truly rare these days.

Absolutely great experience with quatropi! Had a custom size sofa made, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Christina from sales kept me updated throughout my sales journey, once delivered I had some trouble putting the feet on and jack and Jay came over from the showroom to assist me and gave me some aftercare tips. Would 100% recommend and would definitely buy from here again.
Ordered Monday night, received Friday. Had to get neighbours to help lift the seat over the fence, as I forgot to measure if it would go through the door. Manage to put it together on my own and so proud of the end product. It is so comfy and will be well used.
