   Called in today with the children's "3 month fit" offer. If the shoes no longer fit they will exchange for a new pair. The person who served us checked my grandsons shoes and said that they still fitted so that the guarantee did not apply. But then she noticed that the sole of the shoe was coming away from the top. She said that that should not be happening within 3 months and said she would exchange for a new pair. My grandson had actually gone up half a size so she said she would exchange for a pair in the bigger size. They did not have the same shoes in his size so he chose a different style. These were cheaper than the original ones so she refunded me the £10 difference. What great service. Well done Clark's.

   Went instore today to get my daughter some school shoes. Was greeted and served by Molly who was very polite and helpful when measuring my daughters feet and helping her pick a pair of shoes.

   Very helpful staff. The shop was quiet earlier in the morning so get there around 10am if you don't want to queue for feet measuring. Great school shoes for under £45 with a returns policy that lists till September.

   I have been many times, both for kids feet and for my own. They are friendly and helpful. Challenge is always style & shoe size combo being in stock with big feet but they can check if stock available to order online. I have taken to orderin online with delivery to store as I can check the size fits and keep or have it refunded if it doesn't which is combined convenience of both internet shopping and in-store shopping!

   Went in to get my child his first pair of shoes, and the lady that served us (didn't get her name unfortunately) was brilliant. She was very helpful and her interaction with the little one was fun and friendly, she measured his feet and gave us good advise about things to look for and things to avoid. We were shown different styles and he tried many different pairs on I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a purchase (which is very rare nowadays) Excellent customer service
