   I won't recommend this store to anyone. All the times that I have been here, always there is something bad, rude personal, messy store, dirty fitting room, disgusting, run down of products. Well, I was looking at sneakers for my children and for me some trousers, and I asked politely to the big & tall guy for the fitting room. I finished, and I put it back the trousers. The trousers were it belongs. So, I went downstairs through the stairs to the exit when there was a worker with a radio, followed me, and stared at me like crazy and watching my bags. and the radio with the voice of the big & tall guy says: "Check the lady that is going downstairs, check that she didn't take anything, check now." So when I was close to the exit, she came to me with a fake smile, and I said bye, after what I listened, it was so embarrassing and make feel very bad. I used to buy some sneakers for myself in that store, and after this very bad experience, NO ANYMORE, I WON'T COME BACK NEVER SO EVER. The guy thought I was shoplifters. SHAME OF YOU, BOTH. I would rather do my shopping in Fosse Park or Leicester center. I felt so discriminated against for the color of my skin and the way how do I looked.

   Very run down, poorly laid out, messy store. The staff aren't really interested. Needs closing down and opening as a new store somewhere else in town, maybe in Ropewalk.

   Not even deserving of a star. Online shopping with them is a complete nightmare. I placed an order for some shoes online and asked to be delivered in store (be prepared to fork up £5 for this), Sports Direct took my money, but not one email to confirm the order was registered / sent. I was lucky I had a gut feeling and I took a screenshot of my order number. Had I not done that, I would've kissed my money goodbye. Fast forward today, I physically go into the shop to ask for assistance with this, I was massively fobbed off by the guy who works there (20/10/24) not even trying to assist me, despite explaining that for whatever weird reason related to this BS company I did not received any emails confirming the order. The virtual assistant stated that my order was indeed in store, however I could not get in possession of my order without the confirmation email. After spending 2hrs trying to speak with a human customer service I asked for the order to be cancelled and money to be sent back to me. What a palaver!!! And such lazy and rude staff members working here at Nuneaton branch... Please, save yourself a headache and avoid Sports Direct like plague.

   Went into nuneston store bought a sol cal jacket for my sons birthday hanger said xxl when I got it home to wrap it was only xs staff not paying attention to stock or when they serve

   Visited today, one person trying to help a multitude of customers in the shoe section. Asked a female for assistance, she radioed someone. Waited quite sometime but the guy never came over, despite being advised a second time by the lady. So, I went to the counter with my query, unfortunately the young girl really didn't seem bothered and had to make an enquiry (on the radio once more) after being prompted by me. Left without buying after being told what was on the shelves was what they had. There was no inclination to check though. NOT YOUR GREATEST DAY OR DEMONSTRATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SPORTS DIRECT.

   Brought a pair of nice white kangol trainers a week ago and i asked for a size 5. but after wearing them, i did not notice that they had given me one shoe ACTUALLY bigger than the other and i was given one size 8 shoe and one size 5 shoe! Of course i felt so annoyed. I then went back to sports direct and they said there was nothing that they could do because they had been worn and I even said to them the member of staff has sold me one shoe bigger than the other, what do you expect me to do with them!! And they just kept saying I'm really sorry but we can't exchange or refund because they were worn and i really honestly thought they were size 5s. I just then said this is absolutely ridiculous and walked straight out! I just felt furious and at the fact the member of staff didn't even notice they were odd either when they were sold to me. I am never shopping for shoes there or returning there again.

   They refused to exchange a pair of trainers which i bought a few days ago and wore just ones. I've got the receipt and the box. These ''Nike'' s literally hurt your ankle. Don't buy these and would not advise you to buy anything form there. They violated my rights to return the trainers. They were also very rude.
