   Terrible customer service at Sports Direct. I asked three different staff members for help finding an item, and not one of them offered to show me where it was. They all just pointed in a general direction and carried on with what they were doing. It felt like none of them could be bothered to actually help. If you're going to work in customer service, the bare minimum should be actually assisting customers — really disappointing experience.

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ I went to Sports Direct in Coventry City Centre today to buy a pair of Calvin Klein shorts (£35), and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store setup is confusing (the first floor sells some brands but is still counted under Sports Direct, and the second floor is the main Sports Direct). My experience happened on the first floor. One of the female staff members was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked her for help, she responded with just two dismissive words and walked away, leaving me standing there with no support. She showed zero professionalism or understanding of customer service. This behaviour is completely unacceptable. Sports Direct is a big brand, but the way customers are treated here is very poor and feels cheap. I have my receipt and would be more than happy to be contacted so management can identify exactly who I dealt with. I hope Sports Direct takes this seriously and improves their customer service, because no one should be treated this way.

   Terrible customer service at Sports Direct - Visited the store recently and was shocked by how poorly the staff treat customers. Even though the store officially closes at 5:00 PM, employees start telling customers to stop shopping at 4:40 PM and not politely either. The tone was rude. It’s very unprofessional to rush people out so early, especially when the store is still open.

   Usless shop assistant/=staff, they don't want to help. First I was searching anyone to help me , after came one useless that told me that they don't have size , but besides she didn't ask shall I offer for you other kind of shoes. Never again will go to this shop. I prefer JD SHOP from now.

   Bought LONSDALE pant from Sports direct coventry last Week. In first wash, colour faded in different spots, multiple round threads from inside came out(I washed the pant as regular with other cloths) With hope, i visited store just now but they clearly denied for return or replacement saying you washed the product? But the point is then only i knew its rubbish!!! Very disappointed and will never visit any sport direct shop and nor recommend anyone. I was always happy buying sport thing from Decathlon and will continue to buy from them. SPORT DIRECT stocks and sell rubbish thats what i can say, and when time to attend customers they raise their hand saying its nothing about sports direct its another brand item. This is big Shame!

   This place has been here for years, good variety of stock, Staff are usually helpful but more staff needed by the shoe/trainers area only 1 or 2 helping 4/5 shoppers including me and having to wait 12 to 15 minutes especially when you just want to ask them if they have a certain size in trainers.

   truly awful experience. went in to buy some tennis trainers, found some we liked, was just given one show to try on. couldn't find anyone to say we wanted to get them so decided to go to the till and buy the pair there. the prepubescent boy at the till wouldn't radio for the other shoe saying "thats not how it works here mate" and refused to make the call to enable me to make the purchase. I'm a customer service manager and would sack someone on the spot if they spoke to one of my customers like that. I've now bought the same pair on Amazon.

   Vary bad approach of the staff. They are very rude. I visited the store on 04.10.2022 along with my parents and sister’s family to purchase a jacket for my father. My father was trialing the jackets and the time turns 16.30. Suddenly a staff came and asked us to leave the store as they want to close and I have requested him for one more trial and he asked me to keep all the jackets on the hanger and leave. It was very rude and a negative customer approach. Still I bought jackets worth 60 pound as my father was old and he just arrived UK and we need a jacket. I will never visit that branch again. I have also seen few others customers also been pushed out by the staff and one staff used abusive language to the customer when he questioned his rudeness. He asked that black customers using the word ‘Get out’ and ‘fuck off’ from the store.

   Good collections. But the staffs are showing unnecessary attitude, not polite which hold you from visiting again. They even hesitate to keep the shoes back in the boxes and will tell customers to do that job. Management should train the staffs how to deal with customers. Pathetic

   The person at the front door was rude and decided not to let us in even though they were open to the public for at least another 20min; the area is dirty and unpleasant. We were going just as a last minute option to get some PE trainers but I will do all I can to never put a foot anywhere near there again.
