   I use these guys for my road bike, MTB and BMXs as they are experienced in all disciplines of bicycle riding. I've never been disappointed with their work and the guys are great with a friendly vibe in the shop. Their advice and service is always professional.

   Used these guys for repairs on my bike and they came across as good helpful guys! Had a chain and cog replaced in November to find it needs replacement less than three months from when it was fitted ! No offer to replace the chain except stories about how their mates need their chains changing because of the miles they do! Not a place to avoid however sounds like cheap inferior replacement parts being used here and check!!

   Paul was so supportive and welcoming during our shopping experience. Helping my young man with his purchases. Lots of items from different brands. Lots of knowledge. Lots of one offs or hard to get/ limited editions and many things we will be saving up for. Great first ever visit and i know we will be back again soon!

   Excellent service from Ride this morning. I purchased a skateboard for my daughter at the weekend and discovered a problem when we got it home. I called in hoping they’d be able to carry out a repair but instead was offered a replacement with no questions asked. They even replaced the custom grip tape. Highly recommended.

   These guys are great. I normally turn up a couple of times a year with a fiddly workshop job that I'm not capable of performing myself and they are always really helpful and sort the job out quickly and at a reasonable price. They are proper bike people who are happy to advise, help and talk bikes. I won't go anywhere else now whether it's a quick fix or a whole new bike. They are the best around by far.

   Been using this store for years as have all my riding buddies. The staff here are second to none and will always take the time to help you out.... even when they could do without it due to Cycling exploding since COVID. Without doubt the best bike service and sales in the city. On a separate note and in ref to the review from Robert Lewis, what type of clown uses a bike and expects to take it back when it’s not faulty. Especially after using it.

   There is a definite benefit in supporting your local independent bike shop. Not only do you get the best advice from real enthusiasts passionate about bikes andd cycling, but as Darren accurately said "advice is free." At a time when bike stocks are low & very limited, Darren was able to find me a new road bike on the cycle to work scheme. I picked this up yesterday & benefited from some additional tips on using my turbo trainer and some tips on riding and training. I will definitely be getting my next bike from Ride Coventry. friendly service from real people.
