   Wouldn’t recommend. I went in recently and wasn’t even greeted with a “hello” or acknowledged by the staff members who were too busy chatting between themselves. Sadly for them, I went to an independent retailer 12 miles away and parted with just over £9,300 for new bikes for me and my son. Working in retail should be left to those who actually enjoy serving members of the public who choose to come into store. Having said that, the more poor service people receive only helps other shops locally who do actually provide a service.

   My boyfriend and I have been using leisure lakes since they first opened in Coventry to service both our road and mountain bikes and the team in the shop are always so approachable and helpful. I have recently purchased a new bike through the shop and can’t fault them through the whole process - good communication in letting me know of any build dates, delivery timings and incredibly helpful through handover. I’m incredibly grateful for the team at leisure lakes helping me get sorted with this new bike in time for an event coming up. It’s great to have such a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable bike shop team in Coventry - big thanks to Jamie, Alfie, Steph and the team. We could not recommend them enough!

   I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to buy a new bike. I bought my bike on line. The website was very easy to use with plenty of information about the bike I was buying. I chose to pick up in store. I was called to say when my bike was ready to collect. On collection, the staff were great and went through all the information I needed to know about my bike. They offer a free 6 week service just to make sure the bike is OK and everything is working as it should be. Very helpful and friendly staff. They could tell how excited I was to pick up my new bike.

   Knowledgeable, friendly staff took me through the ordering process and the bike was ready for pick up the same day. Coventry store has a great range of bikes/parts in a spacious, well laid out area - well worth a visit.
