   Went here to sort out an issue, caused by the courier, with a delivery of an order made online. Spoke to the manager Stefan who was absolutely amazing. It was a couple of days before Christmas and nearly closing time but nothing was too much trouble. He rang head office, sorted the issue and we were able to buy what we wanted from the store. So grateful for his help and had a very happy teenage on Christmas morning. All the staff were so helpful and and friendly and even though the store was full of Christmas shoppers, the staff were working hard to make sure everyone was happy. I will certainly be shopping from this store in the future.

   Outstanding Service at JD Sports Chelmsley Wood I recently visited the JD Sports store at Chelmsley Wood and had an exceptional shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt genuinely welcomed. A special shout-out to Mark, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist me. His professionalism and knowledge about the products were truly impressive. He patiently helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also want to commend Chloe, who provided excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. She was attentive and quick to help, making sure I had everything I needed. Thanks to Mark and Chloe, my visit was a pleasure. I will definitely be returning to this store and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great products and outstanding service. Keep up the fantastic work!

   Had an issue and my trainers were over 30 days. They were very helpful and sent the trainers off for inspection. All sorted. I now have a new pair of trainers.

   Great shop for all your sporting clothes etc. Not a bad price on most clothes. Always good deals to be had on trainers especially. But another good thing is sizing is good. Going from the small to the very large. Some good deals also to be had on buying 2 T-shirts together. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is not an awful lot of room down the aisles as there is such a lot of merchandise in the shop. But I managed to get around with my walker on wheels.

   The staff treated me like a shoplifter when I tried to return an item with the receipt. I also ordered trainers from there and they never arrived because they had sold out but no o e from JD sports bothered to contact me to let me know and refund the money I had paid. I will not shop here again.

   Terrible! Some stupid DJ booth blasting terrible music that could be heard across the car park. Yes, music taste is personal opinion, but it was far too loud. I went to shop, not to go clubbing. In addition, staff manners were terrible. Had it of been busy then fair enough, but it was quiet and there were enough staff standing round. I decided to shop elsewhere and pay more. I dont mind paying for a good service.
