   Poor attitude and poor service. Went today to exchange my Essentials branded t-shirt. Was informed that they don’t stock that brand as it’s a smaller store. Carried on to look through the sale rail and lo and behold, what do I find, Essentials branded clothes. I picked it out and showed to the assistant. No words required. Small wonder the high street is dying. Poor attitudes and poor service makes you want to shop online and not put up with nonsense. When will they learn that the shoppers who make the tills ring encourage owners to keep branches open and in turn, keep their jobs. Instead we have workers who aren’t bothered about what they sell as if they sell £10000 a day or £100 a day the wages stay the same

   Been in the chemsley wood store sports direct and a member of staff was rude she goes by the name of Chelsea being aggressive and rude telling me to leave the store and no one said nuffin to her and she was rude to my friend bad customer service and it's not mad me wanna shop at that stroe or any stores if a member if your staff is gonna be rude and the manager was being rude and didnt wanna sort the situation out. I don't come to your stores for some members of your staff to be rude will not use your store again until this matter has been reviewed if hasn't then I will be taking this further

   Went to this store yesterday I tried to stop the sales assistant who walked straight pass me and I said again for her to help me she turned and said ‘if it’s not out we don’t have’ and walked away. I found another pair of trainers and waited 15 minutes to find someone in the store. I asked another person for the manager she said she was I said what happened she just said sorry and called down for the person who rudely ignored me prior to speaking with the manager and then walked away! After I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go down to get the shoes! I will not use this store again sales assistants and manager are rude and work with a can’t be asked attitude

   If I could I would rate the store and the team a zero but I can’t. Absolutely appalling customer service from the STORE MANAGER and a lady that was on the tills she said she was apart of the management team, they have no people’s skills, rude, no manners and frankly do not have a clue on how to run a business as they were not helpful at all and did not care. It’s very poor coming from a store manager. I will definitely not be returning to the shop.

   would give it O stars if i could worked there for 2 years, the manager james is quite frankly an ignorant obnoxious little boy and has no people skills. treated us all like slaves for the sake of £4.60p/h crumbles when confronted with the truth about himself. shouldn't be in customer service at all with his attitude. big up jimi tho, what a lovely guy #jimiformanager

   Needed some trainers as my old ones had slit right across the bottom, was going to go to shoe zone, but went into sports direct to have a look, found a pair of nice Slazegers, half price, so paid just a couple of more pounds than I would have at shoe zone!! Staff was pleasant and helpful.

   Went in 5/6/21 Chelmsley Wood to get my partner some trainers and we asked the little madam shop assistant if they had any in size 13. I don't know she says i'm only dealing with addidas. No i'll get someone else to help or i'll check for you. We always gone there. Won't be going again and i won't be recommending it. Staff need an attitude adjustment. They're supposed to be there to serve people not pick and choose who they serve!
