   A sunshine display of helpful, sincere customer service, by a staff member named Tatyona. On the 13th of June 2025, I visited the Decathlon sports shop at based at Coventry Arena, to buy some sporting equipment. Here, I encountered a staff member of the name of Tatyona. This staff member was both very helpful and knowledgeable - they had extensive product knowledge. Their eagerness to help was free-flowing, and evidently underlined with excellent people skills. Indeed, anyone can read a script, and a code of conduct book, and thereafter act it out. Character is character, and this staff member was clearly not merely acting out a script from a code of conduct book; and I just want to say thankyou to them, for the customer service that they afforded me. Thankyou Tatyona; and Decathlon, you got it right.

   Too small to be useful unless it's the most common clothing and gear. Anything else you'll need to click and collect or go to a proper Decathlon store.

   I was shopping for a new underlayer for my wife, but was drawn to the bike section due to their sale. I was assisted by Zeyd. To say the service was perfect wouldn't do it justice. Zeyd and his manager (didnt catch her name) were very knowledgable and extremely approachable. They both are a perfect of how retailing should be done. The store was also spotless and had tonnes of variety. The rest of the staff were equally well presented and welcoming. Will definitely use this store again for my sporting needs!

   Zeyd has given me the BEST service I had in my years in Decathlon. Thx for that! Store is small but personal is nice. You'll find yourself ordering most things through click & collect. Still a good store overall. Would recommend :) Decathlons quality control sucks hard. Check ALL products after receiving and leaving the store.

   Amazing range of choice and great quality considering the lower prices than bigger chain shops. Bought plenty of summer equipment from here that I've now had for years. Only issue is the sizes, especially for kids, are very hard to judge without trying on.

   Very poor range of stock, especially running gear. Member of staff tried to tell me it is ‘out of season ‘ for running! I had been in the Oxford store the week previously and it had an excellent range. Annoying as I wanted to purchase a birthday present. Big store that will soon lose custom if they don’t wake up
